Adventures in Apartment Living -- Round 2?

MORE new neighbors just moved in on the other side of me. They barreled on in late this morning, waking me up earlier than intended for the second Saturday in a row.

Luckily, I can't even hear them unpacking -- there's zero banging around and, thus far, zero evidence of the other kind of banging, either.
